Now Elspeth from Ballyclare in Northern Ireland received hers and in her words she was” knocked for six” Her father Tom McCauley was a winner of many trophies for singing in Ireland In particular he won the Denis O’Sullivan medal for the best folk song champion of all Ireland , as illustrated, His and Elspeth's favourite song was the Welsh love song Myfanwy which is song eight on our CD Tom was also the conductor of The Ulster Male Voice Choir He is no longer with us but let’s hope he still enjoys Heavenly music

> > The man in the photo is my dad with SOME of his trophies for singing. They were never on display at home and years after he passed away we found some buried in the garden. My sister has his medals. The two other photos of the Dennis O’Sullivan medal which was his prize possession, he received it when he became the folk song champion of all Ireland. He was conductor of The Ulster Male Voice Choir and much more. He was my hero. I love male voice choirs and Myfanwy was his and is my favourite! I will keep your CD by my workbench.
